Are you an official stockist?

​Yes! We are still a stockist of Jellycat and hope for more stock now we're in 2026!

 

When do you receive your deliveries? 

​

We never know exactly when things are due to arrive, but we always post on our social media when a delivery comes! Keep an eye on our stories for delivery updates

​

You don't have as many as you used to, are you not stocking Jellycat anymore?

​

We love Jellycat and order pretty much everything! However, due to demand, we may not get as much as we used to - but fingers crossed this new year will go back to normal!

Can I buy more than one?

​

Due to the limited availability of the newer ranges, we have a maximum quantity of one per person, this is to keep it fair for everyone!

 

 Do you sell online?

​

This all depends on how much stock we have received and the current demand. Some of the ranges may be in-store only. We will always make you aware of what's online and what's in-store

 

Can you save a Jellycat for me? 

​

We used to do this, however it got a little bit hectic, so now we run on a first-come, first-serve basis. A lot of the time, one specific Jellycat is hot news and that's the one everyone wants saving! We wouldn't have any stock for the shop if we were to offer this service.
